Exceptional
Cannot recommend more this place. It was absolutely fantastic - the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the space is absolutely lovely with an open courtyard and a rooftop where we could hang out and where breakfast was served (amazing breakfast btw!), super clean and really really quiet. It was also super central so we really could not have asked anything better!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Arequipa! if you are coming here you have to book it :-) Nice rooms, clean and with all the amenities! Super nice breakfast on the terrace with a view on the sorrounding mountains! We also had a laundry service which met our expectations
Watch out when you book your taxi to go to the airport. At the reception desk we were told 30soles from one lady we booked the service. The morning after we were told 35soles by another one just before we were supposed to leave. At the time of the payment to the taxi driver he told us 40soles As you can understand it is not about the 5-10 soles difference but it's a matter of transparency! Always ask for a written confirmation!

Good location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast.
Great location. Everything is in walking distance. The breakfast at the roof terrace was amazing since the staff would prepare everything fresh after you order (fruits, eggs, etc.), between the hummingbirds flying around and views of Mt. Misti. We dined at Roqoto, very nice and peaceful peruvian restaurant hidden above a courtyard (well recommended!). Xarza Mora for lunch (cheap and tasty!)
Up front I would have expected maybe a bar at the rooftop as well, but apart from breakfast, the rooftom was not really used when we were there.

Great stay in a great boutique hotel. Staff 10/10
Exceptional service in a gorgeous building a few blocks from plaza de Armas. The rooftop breakfast is also a great perk.
